Sanded parts are further polished to obtain smooth edges. Our plastic fabrication shop is equipped with edge finishing equipment for polishing parts in small and large production runs. Polishing also eliminates any minor scratches present in your parts.

We offer a wide range of finishing options, including flame, buff, solvent, and hand polishing. Our buff polishing offers a lustrous finish on cast acrylics. Hydrogen/oxygen flame is often used to polish the edges of acrylic and plastic components. Our flame polishing is a quick and cost effective method to restore the leading edge of an acrylic panel to its original clarity. Hand polishing and buffing ensure smooth edges in your products.
